Our Processor’s are knowledgeable and reliable bankruptcy paralegals.  They are only assigned ONE case at a time, putting their full time and attention into that case before they can move onto the next.  Each Intake form is treated with care, discretion, and will be completed and returned to the Attorney with in 24 hours.  Each Processor is allowed ONE correction, any further mistakes made by them will result in their removal from our list, and a new processor will correct and complete the assignment. We are always looking for aggressive and inelegant workers! You must be proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of Bankruptcy including Chapter 7, Chapter 13. You must have access to Best Case legal software.  You will work in on your schedule. You will only receive ONE case at a time, so the faster you submitted your completed document the more money you can make! We pay by the case. Work around your kids, school, or job schedule. The only regulation is a 24 hour turn around on completion of your cases.
